Leah Glover Hayes, host of the Her Story of Success podcast, will interview Kate Brodock, founding partner of the W Fund and CEO of Women 2.0, one of the largest global brands focused on gender and inclusion in startups.

In her work with both of these organizations, Kate is an advocate for the importance of investing in companies founded by women, and she’s working to provide women with opportunities to become investors as well. Kate is a sought-after speaker and writer, and she’s been featured on outlets like Fast Company, MSNBC, TechCrunch, Forbes and more.

In her interview, Kate will explain why more women are becoming angel investors. She’ll also offer practical advice for women looking to start investing and for business owners who want to find women investors.

Stephanie and Courtney are also co-hosts of the Entreprenista Podcast and co-authors of Like Love Follow: The Entreprenista’s Guide to Using Social Media to Grow Your Business. They’ll share their inspiring story of founding and growing Socialfly, including some of the challenges they’ve faced and what it’s like to work with a co-founder.
